  I love my necklace but I want to change a couple of things and the Fox Valley Mall didnt have them. First I want to change my plate. I have FAMILY in white letter on a black background. You cant really see the stones. I would like to know if you have FAMILY with black letters on a white background. Also my rose gold chain broke the first day I wore it. It is OK, but I would like to get a heavier rose chain. Can you help with this?

    I’m very sorry to hear about the chain and we will certainly replace it. You can choose from any chain we have there.

    I will see what we have for FAMILY but I do not think we have exactly what you’re seeking. I will check to see if we have anything currently or in design.

  Hello,

  I purchased 3 lockets on 12/22/15 at Orland Square Mall. Purchase total was $117. One of my daughters wore hers on Christmas and the chain broke right away. Is there anyway I can get a replacement for the chain or do the upgrade for the $5 chain?

    I’m so sorry to hear about that chain. Absolutely we will replace it with a different one and we’ll do it free of charge. The best thing would probably be to visit that location during normal hours. I will let them know you’re likely to stop by.

  Hi I was at the chocolate festival today and i got a locket with two charms and i did not get a receipt from the purchase.I was wondering if i could get one emailed to me. they were supposed to email me one and i never got it .
